Abstract
Various human plasma fractions prepared by the method of Cohn have been investigated for the presence of ACTH. ACTH was found consistently in fraction II+III and occasionally, in fraction IV-1 and fraction IV-4. Addition of ACTH to plasma prior to fractionation gave similar results. Keywords
