Abstract
THE reports of the effectiveness of ACTH against many diseases resistant to all previous therapeutic measures1 , 2 suggested a trial of ACTH in the management of acute viral hepatitis. The following is a report of the investigation of the use of ACTH in treatment of viral hepatitis at the Hepatitis Center, Ninety-Eighth General Hospital, U. S.
