Bone Marrow Plasmocytosis

Abstract
In 60 patients with bone marrow plasmocytosis, the most frequent diseases were multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatic cirrhosis, Hodgkin''s disease, and granulomatous and collagen diseases. Significant elevation of plasma globulin occurred in 80% of the cases with an increased number of plasma cells. These cells sheathed the arterial capillaries, but were also found in clumps diffusely spread in the marrow.
