Abstract
An open resonator that consists of a spherical mirror and a reflection grating is described. The eigenmodes and eigenvalues are calculated numerically, utilizing the Fox and Li iterative method. By proper design of the grating, one may control the amount of energy coupled out through the grating’s orders while the eigenmodes are almost unaffected. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
