THE RESPONSE OF ACROMEGALY TO DEEP ROENTGEN-RAY THERAPY: A CASE REPORT

Abstract
A 40 yr. old woman, suffering with acromegaly was treated with X-rays. Remarkable relief from local pressure symptoms resulted, and definite restoration of normal pituitary hormonal activity followed the treatment. A 10 yr. period of observation is detailed.
