Measurements on a single crystal of CeAl2 show a weak peak at the commensurate position s↘ (1/2, 1/2, 1/2) with a different temperature dependence than the incommensurate peak at ?= (1/2+α, 1/2−α, 1/2), α=0.108. This is consistent with a multiple q structure recently proposed for Nd and implies that the magnetic structure is not the simple modulation recently proposed by Barbara etal. [1]. (AIP)
