Pearly Penile Papules

Abstract
Pearly white, dome-shaped papules of the penis were observed in two cases. These were located on the coronal margin and in the sulcus. The lesions were persistent, asymptomatic, and had been present many years. Histologically, these lesions showed a rich vascular network surrounded by dense connective tissue. Clinically, these lesions were easily confused with verruca acuminata and heterotopic sebaceous glands, but they could be differentiated by history, response to treatment, and histological appearance.
