The first peroxometalloporphyrin with dioxygen symmetrically bonded by both atoms; synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of peroxotitaniumoctaethylporphyrin

Abstract
Treatment of oxotitaniumocthylporphyrin with benzoyl peroxide leads to a complex which is shown to have a peroxo-bonding structure by X-ray diffraction; the oxygen atoms of the dioxygen are both bonded to the metal.
