Abstract
Nuclear states at 122 and 198 keV are populated in the decay of to . The 742-keV state of is reassigned to be . Neutron states of and character are traced through the region . The state (the ground state in ) is interpreted, for , as a quasiparticle (qp)-plus-phonon state, predicted by Kisslinger and Sorensen. The state (ground state in ) is interpreted as either their qp-plus-phonon state or as a three-qp intruder state. A diagnostic rule for the identification of three-qp states—that their magnetic moments appear in the "wrong" Schmidt group—is discussed and applied to ten cases.
