Abstract
Three cases of methyldopa-related Coombs'' positive hemolytic anemia are described. Two of these cases also had positive lupus erythematosus cell tests and rheumatoid factors. All of the red blood cell antibodies had Rh specificity, were of the 7S type, were not inhibited by the drug, and were stable at 56 C.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
