Abstract
Oxidative dehydrogenation of amines using heterogeneous gold catalysts has unanticipated potential; chemisorbed atomic oxygen is used to activate propylamine, producing propionitrile and/or propionaldehyde on a single-crystal Au(111) surface.Keywords
