Abstract
We analyze long-range correlations in quantum spectra within the framework of periodic-orbit theory and find excellent agreement between level clustering in quantum spectra and semiclassical predictions. The analysis demonstrates how classical chaotic motion is reflected in the spectral properties of the corresponding quantum system. Keywords
