Chromosomal Study in Megaloblastic Anaemia of Children

Abstract

Cytogenetic studies were performed on 2 children (brother and sister) with megaloblastic anemia. In both siblings chromosomal aberrations were found during relapse. They were no longer present while the patients were in remission on vitamin B12 and folate replacement.
