Autoradiographic Study of the Distribution of Radioactive Particulate Chromic Phosphate in Liver, Spleen and Lung of the Mouse

Abstract
Distribution of colloidal chromic phosphate within the liver, spleen and lung of the mouse was studied by the autoradiographic technique. Analyses of over 400 radioautographs were made from the tissues of 48 adult mice. These have shown an irregular spotty distribution within the liver lobule, peri-follicular distribution in the spleen, and spotty distribution in the lung which changes in character with time.
