Abstract
A 36 year old woman presented with a subacute brainstem syndrome. MRI showed a solitary, gadolinium enhancing brainstem mass, which on biopsy showed perivenous inflammation and demyelination compatible with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis.Keywords
