Abstract
A randomized double blind trial of the drug Solcoseryl given by intra-arterial infusion was carried out on 57 patients with pre-gangrene of the lower limb. A sequential analysis was carried out and the trial stopped when the results showed a statistically significant result in favour of the active drug. Keywords
