Abstract
The preparation of crystalline lithium, hydroxypyruvate is described, together with the application of the method for preparing lithium (14C) hydroxypyruvate. The nature of lithium hydroxypyruvate and hydroxypyruvic acid was investigated colori-metrically, enzymically, chromatographically and by infrared spectrophotometry. Keywords
