Abstract
Previous indirect evidence that the endogenous concentration of plant hormones of the auxin type is controlled by a limitation of transport over the physiological range of concentration was confirmed by measuring directly the transport of the native auxin, indoleacetic acid, through segments of Coleus stems. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
