Abstract
The brain cortex-blood partition coefficient for krypton has been estimated in dogs using a double isotope method. Allowance has been made for the blood content of the brain tissue. The average value of 0.91 [plus or minus] 6% for a blood haematocrit of 50% was obtained. This value compares favourably with the figure of 0.92 obtained by other workers using an autoradio-graphic technique with cats. Keywords
