Notizen: m-Tyrosin, eine neue Aminosäure aus dem Milchsaft von Euphorbia Myrsinites L.

Abstract

The paper chromatographic behavior and the UV absorption spectra of the compound isolated agree fully with those of synthetic m-tyrosine. In addition to m-tyrosine a small amount of a compound which does not react with ninhydrin, and for which the structure of an N-substituted m-tyrosine was assumed, was isolated. The method of isolation and identification of m-tyrosine is described.
