Abstract
The characteristic dielectrophoretic collection of abiotic 20 nm diameter latex beads has been observed by measuring the impedance change between two electrodes as the particles aggregate from aqueous suspension. The technique could enable the rapid classification of microbiological particles, such as viruses, too small to be detected by other methods. Keywords
