Long-Term Course of Patients with a Basal Diastolic Murmur and Predominant Mitral Stenosis

Abstract
THIS study reviews the long-term clinical courses of patients with basal diastolic murmurs and dominant mitral stenosis.MethodsReviewed were the records of 81 patients under supervision in the same cardiac clinic since childhood, including 35 who died during the period of observation. Most of the patients were examined and followed by us.
