Abstract
Cadlina willani n.sp. is described and illustrated. It is distinguished by its colour, white with bands of yellow, one median and one marginal on the upper surface of the mantle, and one marginal on the sides of the foot; the radula with a maximum of 88 rows of teeth, 26 teeth per row and up to 6 inner teeth with 2 rows of denticles; and the allosperm duct of the reproductive system with a large glandular section next to the vagina. The new species is compared with 22 congeners. The difficulty of separating the genera Cadlina and Chromodoris is discussed in some detail; their distinctness is upheld for want of a thorough knowledge of the constituent species. Keywords
