Abstract
Sulfanilamide (0.5%), like colchicine (0.1%), inactivates the spindle mechanism, delays division of the spindle attachment region, and results in polyploidy. Sulfanilamide, unlike colchicine, inhibits the entrance of cells into mitosis and does not result in multipolar mitosis. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
