Abstract
An electronic particle-size analyzer has been used to examine the size distribution of spermatozoa in bull semen. A complete size distribution may be obtained on 10,000 spermatozoa in about an hour. Determinations of the concentration of spermatozoa in semen made with the instrument were found to be highly correlated (r = 0.96) with corresponding estimates obtained from direct counts with the microscope. Keywords
