Abstract
In summary, it was demonstrated that the trout PMF may be successfully employed in the Ames mutagen assay method by utilization of proper salts solution and a metabolic preincubation period at 25 degrees C. It has also been observed that, unlike the rat, pretreatment of rainbow trout with various PCBs decrease the mutagen assay response to AFB.Keywords
