Simultaneous occurrence of factor VIIIC inhibitor and antinuclear antibody in postpartum period

Abstract
We are describing a rare case of acquired factor VIIIC inhibitor in postpartum period who also had strongly positive antinuclear antibody. On immunosuppression with prednisolone and azathioprine, both antibodies disappeared after 4 months of therapy.Keywords
