Abstract
Matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization, by a time‐of‐flight mass spectrometer, has been successfully used for detection of restriction enzyme‐digested DNA. However, the oligonucleotide segments detected correspond to the molecular weights of single strands.Keywords
