Abstract
A method is described for determination of hexamethonium in body fluids at concentrations of about 20 [mu]g/ml. The volume of distribution of hexamethonium in recently nephrectomized dogs corresponds to that of mannitol and it is much less than that of antipyrine. Within a narrow range, hexamethonium seems to distribute in extracellular fluid. Keywords
