Abstract
A 16.4 year old girl with idiopathic hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism had successful induction of puberty by administration of low dose LHRH by pulsatile subcutaneous infusion at night. Peak serum GH was increased with therapy but more importantly, pulsatile secretion of GH which was minimal before treatment, was restored after one week of LHRH treatment.Keywords
