Pressure induced superconductivity in molecular TTF(Pd(dmit) 2)2

Abstract
Analysis of the temperature-pressure phase diagram of the centered monoclinic phase of TTF(Pd(dmit)2)2 reveals the absence of 1D instabilities such as Spin Peierls and Spin Density Wave ground states. At low pressures and between 70 and 250 K, a gradual localization of the carriers leads to a small gap semi-conductor or to a semi-metal. At high pressures, a dirty superconductivity sets in below 6 K and seems compatible with Charge Density Wave instabilities observed at 1 bar
