Abstract
Renin of different purities was subjected to chromatography on DEAE-cellulose, and Purification factors from 10—20 were found. DEAE-cellulose seems to be a very suitable tool for renin purification. The produced purified, chromatographed renin preparation did not show protease activity, in contrast to less pure preparations. Keywords
