Abstract
Human fetal fibroblasts can be obtained in monolayer culture by trypsinization of the chorionic villi from the fetal portion of term placentas. The fetal origin of the cells in culture was confirmed by studies of chorionic gonadotrophin in medium of cultures of cells from mature placentas is reported. Keywords
