Lactobacillus GG Modulates Milk-Induced Immune Inflammatory Response in Milk-Hypersensitive Adults

Abstract

Immunologically mediated milk hypersensitivity may be more common in adults than was previously thought. Milk challenge induces immune inflammatory responses in milk-hypersensitive adults but probiotic lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus GG can prevent the induction.
