Abstract

Amplitude and time-relations of a-, b-, and x-waves of electro-retinograms were detd. with contact lens electrode under standard conditions in 18 subjects. There is total lack of the b-wave in congenital night blindness and lack of x-waves at 600 m[mu] in protanopia.
