Abstract
The systematics of the energies and inverse moments of inertia are compared for the ground state and low-lying and bands in the even Rn, Ra, Th, U, and Pu nuclei. This comparison suggests a structural relationship between the excited band and the well known band as expected from the calculations of Chasman.
