Abstract
Using the in vivo density labeling technique with deuterium oxide it is confirmed that during phytochrome mediated photomorphogenesis in mustard seedlings a true de novo synthesis of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase is induced by active phytochrome (P fr).Keywords
