Abstract
Mössbauer spectra of magnetically dilute hemin solutions have been observed. These are found to be consistent with infrared measurements and with Mössbauer measurements of crystalline hemin. This confirms Blume's interpretation of the Mössbauer spectrum in terms of spin-spin relaxation. Keywords
