Abstract
There are two lesions which are often confused despite their quite distinct clinical and pathological differences: the inflammatory fibroid polyp and eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Other eosinophilic lesions likely to be encountered in the gut also pose problems of differential diagnosis.Keywords
