INFECTIOUS MONONUCLEOSIS, HERPES SIMPLEX INFECTION, AND DIFFUSE LYMPHOMA IN A RENAL TRANSPLANT RECIPENT

Abstract
The case report of a woman with a renal transplant who showed evidence of 3 viral infections shortly before death from a malignant lymphoid neoplasm was presented. The association of these confirmed viral infections and the lymphoma may be coincidental, and does not prove a viral etiology for the tumor.
