Abstract
Recurrence of idiopathic membranous glomerulopathy in an allograft is reported. Review of the literature reveals 8 similar cases and raises the possibility that recurrence of membranous glomerulopathy in allografts might be more frequent than generally believed. Membranous glomerulopathy progressing rapidly to terminal renal failure appears to carry a high risk of recurrence on transplantation. Keywords
