Abstract
Guinea pigs showed better immune response to the fluid toxoid than rats, but rats showed higher immune response with the adsorbed toxoid. In the assay of fluid toxoid, similar relative potency was obtained in both animal species. A great difference was observed in cases of adsorbed toxoid.Keywords
