Abstract
An asynchronous pulsewidth modulated (PWM) method for a three-level inverter based on quasi-circular locus method is described. This PWM method aims at an inverter with no frequency change of the noise generated from the inverter system. The principle of the PWM method, the voltage vector selection procedure, and various experimental results are shown. These results indicate the effectiveness of the PWM method.<>Keywords
