Abstract
Further data on the linkage relationships of red cell glyoxalase I (GLO[E.C.4.4.1.5]) with HLA [human histocompatability antigen] and Bf [properdim factor B] are reported. The most likely order of loci is GLO:Bf:HLA-B:HLA-A. No sex difference in the frequency of recombination between GLO and HLA was noted, but recombination was more frequent for both males and females in the American black population than in the white population. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
