Abstract
The effects of the ground-state configuration interactions and the final-state interchannel configuration interactions on the photoionization of K ii, Ca iii, Sc iv, and Ti v are examined. This calculation has shown that even at high photon energy (∼200 eV) the effect of the final-state interchannel configuration interaction remains significant as the charge state of the ions increases. Keywords
