Abstract
Fatty acid synthetase purified from the mammary gland of the rabbit has a mol. wt. of 968000 as determined by gel filtration. The enzyme gave one band, corresponding to a mol.wt. of approx. 35000, on polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate and phenylmethanesulphonyl fluoride. This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
