Eine neue Methode zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Ferritin in den Organen und ihre vorläufigen Ergebnisse

Abstract

The storage Fe in liver and spleen was investigated by new analytical methods. The quantitative estimation of ferritin and the semi-quantita-tive estimation of hemosiderin was carried out in albino rats under various experimental conditions. A fairly large series of clinical cases was also observed.
