Bäcklund transformation for the resonant three-wave process

Abstract
A Bäcklund transformation for the resonant three‐wave equations is derived. Both bounded and shock‐type solitons are obtained. For the shock‐type solitons, special two‐soliton solutions reveal that solitons can be created or annihilated.Keywords
