Abstract
Glyceraldehyde at optimum doses of 400-600 mg/kg once daily more than doubled survival time in S-180 and Hepatoma 134, but not in Mecca lymphosarcoma. Combination of glyceraldehyde, azaserine, and chloropurine in the therapy of S-180 produced a greater effect than that found using glyceraldehyde or azaserine and chloropurine alone. Keywords
