Abstract
2-4 [mu]g. of histamine base injd. rapidly intraven. stimulated taste receptors and effected changes in facial and cerebral blood vessels in 25% of the subjects tested. 10 [mu]g. of histamine effected these changes in 75% of subjects tested. The range of minimal effective doses of histamine given rapidly intraven. is the same for pregnant and non-pregnant subjects. Keywords
